Over the past month, I’ve had the privilege of facilitating workshops for a multinational client, focusing on training facilitators. The workshops included a comprehensive assessment over three days, during which participants were tasked with designing and facilitating workshops on various leadership topics. Interestingly, out of the four topics provided, “giving feedback” emerged as the overwhelming choice for the majority of participants.
