Personal Reflection Log Participants were encouraged to reflect on their experiences and identify actions they could start, stop, and continue to build resilience. This exercise helped them gain insights into their resilience levels and create a plan for continuous improvement. Group Discussions and Activities Interactive group discussions and activities allowed participants to share their experiences and learn from each other. These sessions emphasized the importance of social support and collaborative problem-solving in building resilience.
